September 2022

Hi, Folks!

Getting into a routine, now that the school year has begun? I feel lost – as my oldest went off to college. Have another one in high school and another one in middle school. I’m not ready to be an empty nester!

Anyhow, what are you reading? Anything you’d like me to check out? I’ve had a ton of friends and family either recommend or send me great things to read. And MANY THANKS to those of you who send me books and manuscripts. I love hearing about people’s favorite books!

I’ve been keeping a steady diet of eclectic titles, as I spent most of August on airplanes going to/from speaking engagements. Among the longer books I checked out were Harold C. Schonberg’s The Lives of the Great Composers, Shelby Van Pelt’s Remarkably Bright Creatures, My Life by Golda Meir and Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus.

Anyhow, enjoy this month’s book selections below. I hope you are all reading some wonderful books. Make sure to tell me all about them. If you're an author or a publisher and would like to send me review copies of your book(s), please send them to the address listed for authors and publishers.
