Hi folks, and happy 2011!

I hope you had a wonderful holiday season. I basically took most of the month of December off, and now I feel like a productive reader but lazy person. I don’t want to go back to work, as I have greatly enjoyed precious time with my wife and three little ones. I read and reviewed a number of books (especially enjoyed James Swanson’s Bloody Crimes: The Chase for Jefferson Davis and the Death Pageant for Lincoln’s Corpse), and I am determined to make this website better this year. I have hired yet another web designer, and she has assured me that our newly designed site will be up and running soon.
