January 2021

Hi, Folks!

Happy 2021! 2020 is now LITERALLY hindsight. Good riddance! So many people have suffered, and I pray that you and your loved ones are safe and well. My word for the year is TRANSFORM, as I am determined to transform people so they reach higher heights in their reading and in their lives.

So, what are you reading? Anything you’d like me to check out? The holidays (and quarantine) have permitted me to devour endless titles – some good, some bad. Let me tell you about some of the good ones: Milkman by Anna Burns, Frederick Douglass: Prophet of Freedom by David W. Blight, Saturday Night: A Backstage History of Saturday Night Live by Doug Hill & Jeff Weingrad and The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett (I know it’s a Classic, but I had never read it until my youngest daughter asked me to read it to her – simply charming!).

Anyhow, enjoy this month’s book selections below. I hope you are all reading some wonderful books. Make sure to tell me all about them. If you're an author or a publisher and would like to send me review copies of your book(s), please send them to the address listed for authors and publishers.
