November 2020

Hi Folks!

It’s the month of elections, and I bet you that I am not the only one who will welcome watching a television program without political advertisements. Want to know the remedy? Turn off the TV, and pick up a book. You’d be amazed how relaxing reading can be, and – best of all – you get no commercials!

So, what are you reading? Anything you’d like me to check out? I’m a huge fan of both the World Champion Los Angeles Lakers and the World Champion Los Angeles Dodgers, and I have been reading a bunch of books on basketball and baseball as I relaxed to watch sports on TV this past month (And I am even more excited to watch The Masters gold tournament this month). That said, I did get a chance to peruse a bunch of titles, from Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey to Caste by Isabel Wilkerson, The Best of Me by David Sedaris to Eleanor by David Michaelis.

Anyhow, enjoy this month’s book selections below. I hope you are all reading some wonderful books. Make sure to tell me all about them. If you're an author or a publisher and would like to send me review copies of your book(s), please send them to the address listed for authors and publishers.
