February 2023

Hi, Folks!

A friend recently told me he had no time to read, and I shared a trick that may help a lot of “lazy readers.”

I like to find books with chapters that are around 10-15 pages, and then I just read a chapter a day. Sometimes I have as many as 10-15 books at once. It may seem daunting, but you’d be amazed how gratifying it is when you finish six books in a single day!

I’ve been on the road a lot, and while everyone else is on their devices, I seem to be the only one armed with a book. Got to read a lot of good ones this past month, including my usual eclectic faire. Here are some of the longer gems: from Wade in the Water by Nyani Nkrumah to The Shards by Bret Easton Ellis, Code Name Blue Wren by Jim Popkin to Critical Mass by Daniel Suarez.

Anyhow, enjoy this month’s book selections below. I hope you are all reading some wonderful books. Make sure to tell me all about them. If you're an author or a publisher and would like to send me review copies of your book(s), please send them to the address listed for authors and publishers.
