May 2009

Hi folks!

Well, I had a fairly busy April, as my wife gave birth to our third child, baby Samantha. Mommy and Samantha are doing fine, and older siblings Kate and Sean are getting used to the idea of having a third wheel. Losing sleep, but loving every moment with all of my kids. I still managed to read quite a bit, and some of the highlights of books too long to make my lazy reader picks were John Aloysius Farrell’s Tip O’Neill and the Democratic Century, the hilarious Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: The Classic Regency Romance - Now with Ultraviolent Zombie Mayhem! by Jane Austen & Seth Grahame-Smith, the useful and uplifting Reality Creation 101 by Christopher A. Pinckley and Josh Bazell’s wonderful debut novel Beat the Reaper.

Anyhow, enjoy this month’s book selections below. I hope you are all reading some wonderful books. Make sure to tell me all about them. If you're an author or a publisher and would like to send me review copies of your book(s), please send them to the address listed for authors and publishers.
